DIRTY BONES – Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing All orders will be packed and shipped on the next business day via J&T Express Philippines.
2. Shipping Coverage We currently ship to all provinces and cities within the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

4. Courier Partners We ship via trusted local courier such as J&T Express.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number via email or SMS. You may track your order directly through the courier's website.
6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the package, the courier will make up to two (2) re-delivery attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us and a re-shipping fee may apply.
