Returns We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at Facebook.com/Dirtybones2015 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., J&T Express, LBC, or Ninja Van).

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
